SHIPPING POLICY

  PROCESSING TIME
  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin
  processing the next business day. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take 1-2
  additional business days — we'll email you if there's a delay.

  SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES (United States)
  - Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after processing
  - Most orders arrive within 5-11 business days of being placed
  - Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  - Flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $50, calculated at checkout

  We currently ship within the United States only. Canadian availability is pending Health Canada NPN approval and will
  be announced to our email list first.

  TRACKING
  You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show
  movement after you receive it — this is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

  LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
  If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, wait 48
  hours (packages sometimes scan early) then email support@hovenia.ca with your order number. We'll open a carrier trace
   and send a replacement or refund if it can't be located.

  INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
  We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If an order is returned
  to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may
  apply). Please double-check your address before paying.

  ADDRESS CHANGES
  If you spot an address error, email support@hovenia.ca within 2 hours of ordering with your order number. We'll try to
   correct it before the order enters fulfillment, but once it's processing we can't guarantee changes.

  DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
  If your order arrives damaged, email support@hovenia.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  We'll replace it or refund it — your choice. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
